When you are sleep deprived, your skin will appear dehydrated, wrinkled, and swollen. You may have more dark, puffy bags around the eyes. Interior Design. No Junk before bed. Obviously it cannot be said enough, but resist processed foods, sugar, and junk food as that can inhibit quality sleep. Rather, try to eat water-rich vegetables and fruit so that your interior is ready to relax and absorb those antioxidants you digested during wakeful hours.
